R & S Landmarks
Ulrich Block owners, Randy Scheidt and Scott Owens of R & S Landmarks, purchased the building in 2021, after leasing and managing it for nearly forty years. They renovated the building’s facade in the 1980s restoring it to its 1890s glory. Renovation of the 2nd-floor as residential units was completed in the fall of 2022.
Randy Scheidt
Scheidt Commercial Realty founder, Don R. (Randy) Scheidt has worked in Midwestern commercial real estate for decades. He was recently named the first recipient of the ICBR Distinguished Service Award. He has also been awarded the IAR 2020 Realtor of the Year. Randy is a consummate professional who is ready to use his expertise to help clients with their commercial real estate endeavors.
Randy founded Don R Scheidt & Co., Inc. Beginning in 1977; he guided the firm for over forty years. In addition, Scheidt Commercial Realty, LLC was established in 2019 to serve future clientele and to assist with personal real estate investments.
Scott Owens
It’s no exaggeration to say that Scott Owens was born to be a real estate agent. Both his father and his uncle were active real estate developers in the Bloomington area, so Scott began learning about the Bloomington real estate market at an early age.
With 41 years of professional real estate experience under his belt, Scott knows the Bloomington real estate market inside and out. In fact, he has helped thousands of Bloomington-area buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals
